Great apartment for the right guests - I was not the right guest.

The host is kind and great at communicating, even if we had to wait a while to enter the apartment. She goes out of her way to offer guests a lot of “extras” that they might need or that might improve their stay. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The ideal guests of this apartment are people with a car who stay up late and aren’t bothered by noise.

The building is poorly insulated so it’s very noisy. People sit outside in the parking lot drinking and chatting until late at night, so you will hear them if you open the windows. We stayed 2 weeknights, and the first night was relatively calm so we were able to fall asleep around 1am when things got quiet. The second night we had to wear earplugs because of loud music and voices from next door. The shower also frequently shifts from freezing to boiling (but the water pressure is good). There is no cellular network, and the WiFi also does not work well. For example, if you do a Google image search, the pictures will not load. Google maps would not load either, so this is not a good place to plan the next stage of your trip. People coming from a noisy urban environment will enjoy this apartment. The drive to La Spezia was nice, but the area near this apartment isn’t great. The building is surrounded by many other tall buildings and parking lots, and there is often a slight odor of sewage/wastewater in the air, both inside and outside of the building.

Weekend alle Cinque Terre

L'appartamento era ben curato e pulito. Disponeva di tutto il necessario, con due ampie camere da letto. I proprietari, molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno lasciato a disposizione tutto il necessario per le colazioni e anche per un aperitivo di benvenuto. L'appartamento si trova in un complesso residenziale tranquillo e con ampio parcheggio esterno. A 40 minuti da La Spezia, questo appartamento è stato scelto per visitare la parte delle Cinque Terre e di porto Venere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, veramente consigliato.

Struttura ottima per famiglie, vicinissima all'autostrada pertanto permette di raggiungere tutte le località turistiche velocemente. Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili. Pulita e con tutti i comfort per il soggiorno.

Qui l'accoglienza è di casa, ci siamo sentiti coccolati al nostro arrivo. Posizione ottima per visitare la zona (Porto Venere, Cinque Terre ecc. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole. Pulizia ottima. Consigliato.

Visita a la cinque terre.

Piso tal cual en las fotos. Todo muy cuidado menaje para cocinar, cafetera jabones, lavadora, cocina equipada, aire acondicionado. La anfitriona dejo bebida y desayuno de cortesía! A 20 minutos en coche de cinque Terre y 10 minutos de lerici y pueblos muy bonitos alrededor. Recomendado!

Amabilitatea gazdei. Ne-a așteptat la ora 10 seara pentru a ne întâmpina. În afara de masina de spalat vase totul a fost la superlativ. Locuri de parcare în fata blocului. Blocul are si lift. La aproximativ 20 de minute de La Spezia.

War sehr schön, gerne wieder.

Marcella hat uns persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist tip top! Sehr schön eingerichtet, hat wirklich alles, Föhn und eine Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Willkommensgetränk und kleines Frühstück für den nächsten Tag! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und qietschen nicht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Von La Spezia kann man mit dem Zug zum Cinque Terre mit Tagesticket reisen. Das schönste Dorf für uns war Monterosso mit seinem schönen Strand. In Sarzana ist ein sehr guter öffentlicher Strand mit flachem Wasser für Kinder 100 m der öffentlicher Parkplatz auf der linken Seite. In La Spezia das Einkaufszentrum Le Terrazze hat viele preiswerte Geschäfte und kostenlose Parkplätze und gute Restaurants. Man kann direkt von hier aus ins Zentrum laufen. In Genova ist das Aquarium (Familien Ticket 87 eu 😳) groß, sehr schön aber teuer. Es sind viele "Helfer" aufm Parkplatz die einem Armbänder andrehen die man dann im Nachhinein zahlen darf. Als Spende für die Kinder in Afrika. Alles in allem wir waren froh über die gute Unterkunft mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen direkt vor der Haustür. Würden weiterempfehlen. 🎊

Très bel appartement, bien situé pour découvrir la magnifique région (à quelques kms de la gare de Santo Stefano di Magra ou de celle de La Spezia pour joindre facilement les 5 Terre) et très confortable. Les hôtes sont accueillants, de très bons conseils et très réactifs.

Una perla comoda per visitare sia la Lunigiana sia La Spezia. Non lontana dai vari borghetti in zona

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza, la precisione dei proprietari. I consigli e la disponibilita' l'hanno fatta da padrone. Avevamo dimenticato un accessorio della bimba e ce lo hanno spedito a spese loro. Davvero super (come il corner del cibo appena arrivati!!).

Très agréable et confortable

Le logement était très agréable, propre et spacieux dans un environnement au calme. Très bonne communication avec nos hôtes pour l’arrivée et le départ. De nombreuses attentions très appréciables, en particulier le vin italien qui était très bon 😉 Situé à 20 minutes de la gare de La Spezia pour visiter les villages des 5 Terres. On recommande pour plusieurs jours (nous sommes restés 3 nuits à 4).

Świetnie wyposażony, przestronny i wygodny apartament.

Przemiła gospodyni, doskonale i kompletnie wyposażony, bardzo czysty i przestronny, wygodny apartament (nie zauważyliśmy tylko żelazka, ale nie szukaliśmy bardzo, bo nie było nam potrzebne).

Drobny problem z temperaturą wody pod prysznicem - trochę niestabilna (gorąca/zimna).
