- groß (ideal für 4 oder 2 Personen) - außergewöhnlich sauber - sehr schneller, netter, super hilfsbereiter und konstruktiver Austausch mit der betreuenden Person der Unterkunft - große, sichtgeschützte Dachterrasse mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf Fluss, Berge und das Meer in der Ferne (aber auch auf großes Gewerbegebiet) - verwinkelter, alter Ort mit viel Charme - das Restaurant vor Ort ist wirklich super!
- Nachbar unten drunter leider sehr lärmempfindlich, klopfte schon nach erster Kleinigkeit um 20 Uhr von unten an die Decke - zu Berufsverkehr-Zeiten morgens und abends sind die Geräusche der Autobahn leider zu hören - Leider war das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise nicht gespült und es fehlten grundsätzlich einige Küchenutensilien. Küchenmesser zum Schneiden sowie ein zweites, fehlendes Geschirrtuch wurden aber nachträglich gebracht. - Haken oder Stangen im Bad für Handtücher wären praktisch

La casa è splendida, pulita ordinata e una vista mozzafiato! Comodo anche che sia al centro tra le Cinque Terre, La Spezia e Lerici.
Forse potrebbe risultare un po’ scomodo il parcheggio non vicinissimo alla casa ma d’altra parte si ha una pace invivibile.
