Staff (anche da remoto), piccolo appartamentino con cucina non camera normale., parcheggio e possibilità di piscina anche se molto semplice.

Ambiente piuttosto silenzioso, alloggio completo di tutto quello che può servire anche per una permanenza più lunga. Proprietari disponibili ed attenti alle esigenze, sempre pronti a dare indicazioni. Cucina compresa gli attrezzi per preparare una cena un pranzo, supermercato a pochi passi. Letti comodi.
Bisogna prestare attenzione alla strada che permette di raggiungere la struttura, ma niente di insuperabile. Per chi ha la moto, il parcheggio è esterno. Ma durante la mia permanenza, non c’è stato alcun problema.

La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita. La posizione, leggermente fuori, è molto comoda perché in poco tempo si possono raggiungere tutte le località: Portovenere e stazione La Spezia.Nelle vicinanze c'è anche Eurospin per la spesa quotidiana
