Although the villa is authentic and beautiful, it should be improved inside

- the building is very beautiful as well as the design and style inside - the rooms were big - the yard is very beautiful - the area around is safe and close to nature

- it is quite uphill, if you dont tolerate the serpantines very well, then take this into account - the bedroom was okey, but the sofa in the other room was not comfortable. The bedsheets were qute old. - the towels had stains - the shower was not quite clean - some windows in the living room were not working properly. We could not close them

The owner was very friendly and the apartment was in the nature

The apartment was not clean. The towels looked like they weren't even washed from the previous user, they had stains and there were hair in the bath. Also the sheets didn't look clean either. Furthermore there were dead insects in the bedroom.

A most welcome escape from the crowds and noise of the journey. We would like to come back sometime.

Above all we appreciated the location. After one day of driving, trafic jams and crowded cities, staying overnight hidden among the hills, surrounded by green trees and hearing birds chirping - that was awsome. The location is a little bit difficult to find, but the host gave us exact information. We didnt meet the host, but we had a good communication via WhatsApp. We appreciated his flexibility and the solutions he found - given the fact that we arrived late at night.

It could have been cleaner. In one of the houses we received there was a smell of stale air.

Nice and rural, olive grove just outside the back door.

A lovely rural location, kitchen, dining table and large en-suite bedroom. the back door opens out onto an olive grove. very tranquil.

The microwave didn't work. we told the host on departure but it hadn't been fixed / replaced by the time we returned 3 weeks later.

The places has a potential

We stay only 1 night to visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre next day. The places is situated in Italy village where time stoped. House is surrounded by lots of vineyard. You can feel here like at grandma’s places during summer. Unfortunalety we arrived late but neighbor of host helped us to find the way to place in the dark. Very frendly and helpful even though nobody knows english here.

This place is perfect for family of 4 but not for 2 couples because od location of beds. One double and one single upstairs and one single downstairs. There are some missing Things in kitchen like only one glass, but luckly we have all of Things to make carbonara pasta.

A comfortable and affordable alternative to Cinque Terre villages, especially with TELEPASS...

Admittedly we booked here after failing to find a decent place in Cinque Terre, and we blessed our choice so much! The house is huge, very spacious and comfortable for a family. Well equipped kitchen which we used well. Strong wifi, good beds, everything was better than what we expected for the price - the highest value for money in a 17 night Italy tour. The owner speaks poor English but is trying hard and communicates via WhatsApp. Free parking. A great relaxing stay. When visiting Cinque Terre, listen to the local's advice: leave your car in La Spezia garage near the train station (cheap) and take the train to the villages (expensive...).

About the location, foreign drivers should be aware of the bizarre highway exit/entry to this little (unappealing) town of Bolano: it is only for TELEPASS (subscribers) when coming from the south (E80) or continuing north (E33) from here - You can't pay with cash or card at the exit (eventually they just opened the gate for us after speaking via the intercom) and you can't get a ticket at the entrance. I drove 2,400km on this trip and have never seen a similar case. If you go south to La Spezia - no problem; but if you want to head north via E33 towards Parma, you just can't do it without TELEPASS - must go south to La Spezia and then connect back to the Autostrada. Not a big deal if you are prepared for it.

Exceptional

Amazing place in the middle of vineyard and olive trees. Wonderful views from the windows. We saw glow flies (fireflies?) there on a mysterious summer night. And the frogs and birds sang ... That was so good, there was no wifi, we were able to enjoy nature ;). Excellent.

Lugar tranquilo para pasar unos días de relax

Me gustó el entorno ( zona de viñedos y olivos y cerca de la Spezia y el Cinque Terre), tiene cerca en coche muchos lugares donde hacer la compra, es un lugar tranquilo y tanto el dueño como el trabajador son atentos y, ante las peticiones que les hicimos, nos ayudaron y aceptaron todo.

le falta microhondas para calentar los alimentos. Por el resto, todo bien.

Zona sicuramente tranquilla ma un po' scomoda. Parcheggio lungo strada. Poca cura nei confronti di pulizia alloggio e biancheria(forte odore di chiuso/muffa) non ad indicare che fosse sporco ma sicuramente necessiterebbe di una "rinfrescata" generale

Italienischer Charme, einfach und doch erholsam

Wir waren in einem Appartement mit 2 Stockwerken untergebracht, dass wirklich sehr geräumig ist. Die Unterkunft ist schön zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb 5-8 Minuten im Zentrum von Ceparana, wo es alles gibt, was man benötigt, also Supermarkt, Gastronomie oder auch Apotheke. Diese Strecke zu Fuß ist auf Grund der Höhenunterschiede schon mühsam. La Villa befindet sich auf einem großen naturbelassenen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und Weinreben und besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden. Jedes Appartement hat seinen separaten Eingang, des weiteren gibt es noch 2 kleine Ferienhäuser. Es war fast täglich ein ganz umsichtiger Hausmeister vor Ort, der uns gern weitergeholfen hat, man muss ihn nur ansprechen. Auch der Verwalter Andrea war oft da. Mit Englisch kommt man bei beiden gut weiter, wenn man kein italienisch spricht. Unser kleiner Hund konnte sich tagsüber auch mal frei auf dem Gelände bewegen, natürlich unter Aufsicht. Es gibt Unterschiede in der Ausstattung der Unterkünfte, ob das eine Preisfrage ist, weiß ich nicht. Die Küchenausstattung war schon sehr minimalistisch, für uns aber ausreichend. Der Außenbereich war nur bei uns nicht befestigt, so dass wir Schwergewichte die Stühle in den Erdboden gedrückt haben aber wir waren sowieso meist unterwegs. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Andrea und seinem fleißigem Helfer von Herzen.

Wir mussten die hintere Zufahrt des Grundstückes zum Parkplatz nehmen, diese ist nicht befestigt, da waren wir schon froh, ein Auto mit Allrad zu besitzen.

Tutto bene

L'host disponibilissimo , siamo stati solo una notte, di passaggio. Arrivati tardissimo il proprietario non ci ha fatto alcun problema e ci ha lasciati tranquilli anche il giorno seguente, non abbiamo avuto orari per lasciare la casa. È stato tutto perfetto per quello che serviva a noi. Gentilissimi tutti.

Contesto suggestivo, ma esperienza deludente.

Il contesto è sicuramente il punto forte: immersi tra ulivi e vigne, la location ha un grande potenziale.

Purtroppo, l’esperienza nella casetta non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Non riusciamo a capire come possa essere considerata “pulita”: alleghiamo alcune foto che parlano da sole. Il posto auto è un altro punto dolente. C’è un ampio piazzale dove potrebbero tranquillamente stare cinque auto, ma ci è stato detto che è “riservato agli altri”. Ai VIP, forse? Risultato: dobbiamo parcheggiare attraversando uno sterrato, con il titolare che ci raccomanda di “prestare attenzione”. Non proprio rassicurante. Parentesi il parcheggio rimane inutilizzato per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Le foto su Booking sono fuorvianti: la stanza sembra molto più grande. Invece ci è toccata una casetta con letto su un soppalco basso, dove sbattere la testa è praticamente inevitabile (e non siamo nemmeno alti!). Infine, lo split dell’aria condizionata è posizionato esattamente sopra il letto: scomodo e poco funzionale (foto allegate anche per questo). In sintesi: immagini ingannevoli, giudizi a nostro avviso troppo generosi (saranno veri?). Capisco che le recensioni possano essere soggettive, ma qui ci sono elementi oggettivi che andrebbero rivisti. Finiamola poi con “se non sei contento ti rimborso”, lo stai dicendo a chi ha viaggiato e arriva stanco e tutta questa voglia di rimettersi in auto e cercare altrove non è che ne abbia molta!

Eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft mit viel Platz.

Das Haus ist einfach riesig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt: Großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine. Es ist sogar ein Innengrill und ein Kamin vorhanden. Grillen kann man aber auch draußen. Auf einer Hausseite befindet sich eine private Terrasse. Die andere Seite bietet einen großen Hof mit einem Tisch und Stühlen - direkt vor der Küche. Der Hof wird zwar auch manchmal als Parkplatz gebraucht, ist aber schon fast als privat zu bezeichnen. Zudem gibt es einen großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Wein. Also auch mal für einen kleinen Spaziergang am Abend. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, auf halbem Weg zwischen Ceparana und Bolano. Die Straße ist zwar recht eng, aber gut befahrbar. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden.

Mir fällt nichts negatives ein.

Wunderschöne Lage mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft

Ein ganz besonderer Ort umgeben von herrlicher Natur. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Nach einer erholsamen ruhigen Nacht ging es für uns leider schon weiter. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
