very good starting point for the Cinque Terre.

The location close to La Spezzia makes it an ideal place to discover the Cinque Terre. The is a large commercial center about 5-10 minutes walk away which is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the swimming pool (which our son was really looking forward to) was not open due to the weather, but with the see close by and the trampoline it wasn’t too bad.

Good value for money and a great location.

The location is perfect- easy to get to la Spezia and to major motorways to either Genova or Tuscany or Bologna etc...There is a shopping mall with a supermarket near by and a few bars, restaurants and small stores in the area. The host lady was very nice to all of us, especially our kids! The studio was very clean with a small wardrobe and the shower was perfect and also spotlessly clean. And the kitchen had all necessary equipment to cook minor meals or breakfast. The main bed was very comfortable. It was a good value for money overall.

We didn't like the fact that it was all one big room with a little kitchen- we initially thought the kitchen was separated from the bedroom area but it was all one open space and with no windows- just basically the entry door onto the terrace/ parking area outside so it was not easy to get some fresh air at night. We did not cook at the property but I can't imagine how is it to cook there as then the smell stays all around when you go to sleep... also the fridge was very noisy so we had to turn it off for the night. Again, we were not cooking so we did not store much in there but if you need the fridge running all night it may be a bit too loud. The sofa bed was also quite noisy when turning around in it. The coffee/ esperesso cooking pot in the kitchen needs replacement as it was all rusty.

Perfect station - the name says it all! It is perfect!

Everything was great! The place was cool during the very hot italian summer, very clean, nice room size, comfy, fully equipped with everything! The little playground for the kids is great! The pool was really amazing! Nice place to eat outside on the terrace. Good parking, good location, shops, eating possibilities are nearby, public transport is nearby. What else do you need? Oh, and the price was also OK! Highly recommended!

Only thing comes to my mind is, there were some mosquitoes during the dinner outside - although I know it is perfectly normal! Maybe 1-2 repellant would make it even better! But nothing else, really!

Superb

Everything was great! Very convenient for stays in la Spezia and Cinque Terre! The train station is right in the corner, the place is in a very calm area. The apartment was super clean, very comfy, just perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A bonus, it has also a parking! We'll definitely go back to La Spezia and stay there!
