This was the worst accommodation we’ve stayed at,

Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The building is extremely noisy — zero soundproofing, no proper windows, and loud disturbances every night. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The host was unreliable. First she said she’d handle the trash, then messaged us later saying it was our responsibility since we were staying longer. Unacceptable. We were openly gossiped about by people downstairs, who clearly had nothing better to do. One woman even came screaming at our window — it felt completely unsafe. On top of all that, we were subjected to racist comments just because we’re Romanian — we were told “all Romanians are the same.” That was the last straw. We left and booked a different place where we were treated with dignity. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Hostile environment, disrespectful people, and no peace whatsoever.

100% Incredible Place! Amazing Apartment! Lovely host! Location is Spectacular!

I strongly recommend !!! The apartment is incredibly comfortable and very well located. The village is spectacular, and the host has fully equipped the apartment! There is a Cafe just a moments walk that offers lots of aperitivo style options. The apartment and village are magical! La Spezia as well as the beach are nearby, and there is a surrounding town that has restaurants, stores (including Decathlon ) and groceries. Basically everything you need is very close. The host herself is very kind and welcoming. Check in and check out are very simple and the host will communicate clearly. Lastly, I am certain that you will find your holiday unforgettable if you stay here!!

We rested in this wonderful place. in a fortress of the 16th century, a beautiful view, a comfortable clean house with everything you need for a pleasant stay, a hospitable host who took care of us. Thank you. We will be happy to return. I recommend.

The location is really charming and the host was really helpfull and prepered everything even better then we expected. For us it was important for check in hours to be flexible and it meet our expectations.

The only thing we were missing is the wi-fi but it wasn't a problem and it's understandable around that kind of cities.

Riposo nel borgo

La casa è situata in un borgo, Caprigliola, molto bello e a una ventina di minuti dalla spiaggia di Lerici. È piccola ma per noi andava più che bene, è pulita e ordinata. Dalle finestre si vedeva la piazza sottostante e l'orizzonte giù. Tornerei volentieri. Sempre che abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto e chiarimenti i gestori sono stati disponibili. La casa era fornita di quello di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno, c'era perfino una air fryer.

Non c'erano alcune cose per cucinare, come un mestolo e un tagliere. Se voi avete un sonno leggero potreste non dormire bene, perché il ristorante sotto è attivo quasi fino a mezzanotte. Per noi non è stato un problema. Invece potevano avere degli asciugamani per la doccia un po' più grandi (tranne un telo, erano tutti piccoli). Mi è sembrato strano non vedere mai chi gestisce la casa, abbiamo sempre comunicato solo tramite cellulare.

Situata in un punto strategico , in un piccolo borgo al confine tra Toscana e Liguria, bel borgo, tranquillo e fresco, perfetto per andare al mare in Liguria , soli 20 minuti dalle meravigliose spiaggie di Lerici.

Розташування, атмосфера, чистота, запах.

Дуже голосно під вікнами вночі і вранці. Не вдалось виспатись. Але це не зіпсувало наші враження.

Casa in un piccolo borgo, veramente molto bello. Posizionata a 50 metri dalla fermata dell autobus e a 20 m un bar/bottega con prezzi giusti. Appartamento silenzioso e pulitissimo con alcuni particolari come lo scottex nuovo, il caffè di marca a disposizione, che mi hanno piacevolmente colpito. A 5 minuti dall autostrada, quindi molto comodo. Se volete rilassare il cervello è la scelta giusta

Foarte plăcut. Aș mai reveni cu mare drag, chiar pentru un sejur mai lung.

Zona foarte linistita, localnici amabili, foarte prietenoși cu turiștii. Apartamentul a fost confortabil, dotat cu cele necesare pentru a te simți ca acasă în sejurul petrecut aici. Gazdele au oferit toate informațiile necesare pentru a ajunge ușor la locație. În localul situat la parterul clădirii am putut servi cina.
