Ottimo come base a La Spezia per visitare le Cinque Terre usando mezzi pubblici senza muovere l'auto

Appartamento completo di tutti i servizi, al piano terra, facile da raggiungere e con il parcheggio auto privato. Proprietario disponibilissimo a rispondere alle nostre domande e a dare suggerimenti. E' presente un supermercato molto molto vicino, e la fermata dell'autobus è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e accogliente; accogliente lo era anche la casa, oltre a contenere praticamente tutto ció che serve. La casa è un ottimo nodo centrale a tutto ció che si puó visitare a La Spezia e dintorni

Mi sono trovata molto bene perché nella casa c’è tutto e il proprietario è super gentile e disponibile.

Pulita, completamente attrezzata nei minimi dettagli. Vicina ad un supermercato e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.

Purtoppo la posizione è sfavorevole in quanto vicino ad uni stradone e si sente molto il rumore delle auto, ma chiudendo le finestre si sente poco. Forse bisognerebbe controllare il materasso perché sembra più basso da un lato, ma nel complesso era abbastanza comodo.

La casa era molto pulita, spaziosa, ben organizzata e attrezzata. Trovi di tutto ciò che hai bisogno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e accoglie. Ci ha dato dei consigli molto utile. Di sicuro torneremo qui!

Molto accogliente e dotata di tutti le comoditá

Posizione ottima, vicina alla statale, lontana dal traffico del centro, ma comunque vicino a tutto Il proprietario super disponibile e accogliente. La casa è perfetta, non manca di niente con grande cura nel dettaglio, pulita e con tutto l'arredamento nuovo Consigliatissima!
