Location molto bella e accogliente

la casa era molto bella e ben pulita con tutti gi spazi necessari. Non ho avuto il piacere di incontrare personalmente il proprietario ma è stato super disponibile quelle volte che gli scritto per delle esigenze . Location molto bella a breve distanza da La Spezia ad un prezzo davvero onesto.

Nulla assolutamente solo un piccolo consiglio, io cambierei il materasso del letto singolo perchè non è comodissimo.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Nochmals vielen Dank fürs Warten am Abend. Die Wohnung hatte zu drei Seiten einen schönen Blick. Auf der Terrasse kann man sitzen und der Insektenschutz ist super. Die Ausstattung war gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Die Küchenausstattung war für unsere Ansprüche etwas spartanisch, haben uns jedoch behelfen können. 🙃

Tutto meravigliosamente fantastico! Grazie per la gentilezza con la quale siamo stati accolti, arrivando in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto, già solo questo merita un 10 pieno! E poi che dire dell'appartamento? Un sogno, immersi in un piccolo angolo di paradiso, pulito e confortevole. Avesse avuto il Wifi sarebbe stato da 11! Grazie ancora! E si, Super consigliato!

Haus mit Charme

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem charmanten Haus verbracht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine große Terrasse, auf der man perfekt entspannen kann. Die ruhige Umgebung lädt ideal zum Runterkommen ein. Von hier aus kann man viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen. Zu den meisten Orten fährt man etwa 30 Minuten. Direkt nach la Spezia ca. 17 Minuten. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Besitzer Daniele, der direkt nebenan wohnt. Er ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Dank seiner vielen Tipps und schnellen Antworten fühlten wir uns von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ottima "tappa", vicino autostrada ma carino e traquillo

alloggio nuovo, grande, pulito, molto carino. Posizione in zona tranquilla di camoagna ma molto vicino ad autostrada per cui comodo come "tappa". Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

E' stato tutto stupendo

Hanno un giardino spettacolare e la casa è davvero molto bella. Chi ci ha fatto il check-in era simpaticissimo e molto cordiale. Questo quanto mi ha detto mia nipote per la quale ho prenotato. Gli ospiti erano lei e la sua bellissima famiglia!!
