One of the best stays ever!!! Highly recommended place steps from Viareggio beach.

First, the location was excellent. Apart on the beach promenade, a few steps away from the beach and all facilities. Our hosts Nunzio and Elisa were very helpful before arrival till our departure. You can reach them for any help need. The apart was beyond expectations. Very nicely decorated and clean place. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with American kitchen, 1 mezzanine and a nice small patio on the back side. Our hosts were very kind to think of providing some food and drinks for us in the kitchen. Best place to be in Viareggio.

A perfect 3 nights stay with a very welcoming host

Excellent location right on the front with nearby supermarket and restaurants. The train station was an easy walk giving access To Lucca (17mins/4euro) and Pisa - the Giro d Italia cycling race even went past the front door was was a real bonus Elisa was incredibly helpful, even arranging help for my classic car parking is available right outside and very reasonable and safe

Exceeded our expectations, by far

Elisabetta, the host, was absolutely phenomenal. There wasn't a single detail that she missed. She was wonderfully accommodating, and just so nice! We loved everything about this stay and would stay there again, without hesitation. In fact, we may do it again next year!

Great apartment in front of Viareggio seafront!

We have been at Carducci Suite for two nights, two adults and two children. Very satisfied with the location (just cross the street and you will find yourself on Viareggio seafront) and with the apartment, furnished with style and equipped with everything you need. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for a family of four with a bathroom for each bedroom. The bedrooms are located in the back side and very quiet! The newly installed air conditioning system allowed us to sleep without suffering the heat of these days. You can relax in the back terrace equipped with a table and chairs after the beach or dinner. Elisa was super nice and gave us excellent advices. Absolutely to be repeated and for a longer stay!

Appartement de rêve pour se détendre et visiter ViaReggio !

On a tout aimé! L’appartement est parfait, grand avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain attenantes … en plus de la mezzanine qui peut coucher deux autres personnes! le salon donne sur la rue qu’on traverse pour être à la place et les deux chambres sont à l’arrière et très tranquilles …climatisation, toutes les petites attention pour nous à l’arrivée et le propriétaire charmant et prêt à répondre à chacune de nos demandes … n’hésitez pas à louer cet appartement, vous voudrez y revenir 🥰 Ps: en bonus, une épicerie Conad à moins de 50 mètres et le jeudi matin, la rue piétonne en face se transforme en marché public … wow!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni splendidi in questo appartamento a Viareggio e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo. Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa: tutto era pulitissimo, curato e perfettamente organizzato. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben distribuiti, con tanti posti letto ideali anche per gruppi o famiglie. La presenza di doppi bagni è stata davvero comoda, e la cucina attrezzata ci ha permesso di cucinare in tranquillità come fossimo a casa. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: eravamo letteralmente di fronte al mare, con la spiaggia a pochi passi. Una soluzione ideale per chi cerca comfort, praticità e bellezza. Torneremmo volentieri!

Natale a Viareggio

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento la settimana di Natale 2024. La location è veramente eccellente, e appena entrati si percepisce benissimo che viene tenuta con amore e attenzione. La disposizione degli ambienti è ottimale anche per un gruppo di sei persone. Al piano terra vi è una camera matrimoniale con un disimpegno con vari accessori per stendere ecc.ecc, e uno spazio esterno con sedie e ombrellone per poter mangiare fuori (in estate ovviamente), un bagno con zona separata adibita a lavanderia e asciugatrice, e un ampia zona living, il che la rende accessibile anche se in famiglia avete persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. Il soppalco invece, (per cui i bambini sono impazziti) ha un'altra camera matrimoniale, un altro bagno e altri 2 divani-letto, che ci erano già stati preparati in anticipo a lettino. La posizione, sul lungo mare, penso sia quanto di meglio Viareggio possa offrire, ed è ottimale anche come base, perché partendo da lì abbiamo potuto visitare ogni giorno una città diversa, Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Forte dei Marmi, e il mercato di Viareggio del giovedì davvero molto carino. Posizione unica anche per chi volesse andare a vedere il Carnevale di Viareggio, dato che si è direttamente sulla strada dove sfilano i carri. L' appartamento è veramente fornito di TUTTO, come foste a casa vostra. Il wi-fi è perfetto e in soggiorno e in ognuna della due camere da letto vi è una grande Smart TV con Netflix. Il sig. Nunzio e la sig.ra Elisa proprietari dell'immobile, sono veramente persone squisite, attente ad ogni particolare, e disponibilissime per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta voi abbiate. Tra l'altro ci hanno fatto trovare (oltre a tante altre cose) marmellate e biscotti per i bambini, e un pandoro e una bottiglia di Chianti in omaggio per festeggiare il Natale. A mio avviso, anche da queste piccole cose è evidente la cura e l'impegno che ci mettono per rendere i loro ospiti felici e a proprio agio .
