On the whole we had a good stay as it was our second time visiting Viareggio.
I liked the location, it was very close to the seafront and easy to park on the road.
I didn't like the fact that no one came to greet us at least on arrival. I didn't even receive a message to check that our check in was done swiftly and to maybe ask us if we need anything. It also needs automatic lighting to arrive to the apartments as it very dark and scary to get in as soon as the sun goes down.

Had a wonderful time with small children
Walking distance from the beach, supermarket and the pine woods. Very well prepared for families with children, with well equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful and gave us some important tips.
The doors with glasses are nice, but don't work very well when blocking the sun light in the morning.

Excellent location. Very quiet district. Everything was provided. Crisp white bedlinen and fluffy white towels. Comfortable beds.

Appartamento molto bello e comodo per un gruppo numeroso. È in un'ottiima posizione, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissimo a bar, farmacia e panetteria. La ragazza che ci ha accolto e salutato al check-ou è stata gentilissima. C'è stato un piccolo problema con il wifi, ma è stato risolto subito. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo

Il silenzio, l'arredamento, il letto matrimoniale, la metratura.
I letti troppo piccoli, soprattutto il divano letto. La mancanza di chiarezza nella prenotazione: sono due appartamenti, dalla descrizione sembra uno solo, al piano terra. Io ho scoperto di essere a quello al primo piano.
