Viareggio apartment.

Excellent location and spacious well equipped apartment overlooking the sea. Lovely roof terrace but stairs are very steep to reach it. Host Anna was very helpful.

Only the bedrooms have air conditioning. Living room was very hot. Maybe screens on the windows would stop mosquitos getting in if they were open. Kitchen drains were very smelly when door was closed.

Viareggio carnival trip

Apartment was very clean and spacious for a family of 4, Wi-Fi was provided, great views of the Viareggio Carnival from the bedroom balconies, kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with, bathroom was clean with a great shower and enough hot water for all of us, towels were provided for all four of us. Location was perfect for restaurants and cafes and walks along the promenade, and terrific views and sunshine from the roof top terrace. Our host Anna kept in touch with us through her son who spoke English, they met us outside and showed us around the apartment, and gave us some tips on restaurant locations.

Exceptional

The host was extremely helpful from time of booking all the way to check out. He contacted us before and gave us tips on arrival, parking, and enjoying the Carnevale. He also recommended many places for us to eat and grab desserts. On the day of arrival, he even met us at the highway entrance and led us to parking, and walked with us to the apartment. The apartment itself was in a great location with the sea view behind, and overlooking the main boulevard in front. It has everything you can ask for, including a baby cot and a high chair. Very clean and well maintained. Amazing experience and service. Will return again if in the area!

Logement idéal pour max. 4 personnes qui souhaitent profiter de la plage.

Joli appartement décoré avec goût et idéalement placé.

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse en toiture car l'escalier est trop raide et dangereux pour des personnes âgées comme nous. Le week-end il y avait du bruit jusqu'à passé 2 h. du matin à cause de la voirie qui nettoyait la rue après le départ des fêtards.

Super Lage, nette Gastgeber. Gerne wieder

Mega Lage. 1 Seite direkt am Meer, andere Seite direkt über der Shopping u Restaurantmeile. Keine Langweile und trotzdem Ruhig. Gastgeber sehr nett und zuverlässig. Alles bequem und sauber. Gerne wieder.

Öffentlicher kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, manchmal mit paar Minuten Wartezeit bis was frei wird.

posizione ottima in centro sul lungomare di viareggio, appartamento costruito su un edificio tra la spiaggia e il viale principale dove si trovano i negozi del viale centrale di Viareggio, dalla parte opposta della strada tutti u grandi alberghi, dal Principe di Piemonte al Palace Hotel; dotato di due camere da letto ( va bene per quattro persone) un bagno, cucina dotata di tutti le attrezzature possibili, balconcinco esterno dove riporre immondizie e in estate qualsiasi oggetto da spiaggia, soggiorno ampio e vista da una parte sulla spiaggia e dall'altra sul viale principale, dotato anche di una terrazza a cui si accede dall'interno dell'appartamento da cui è stato possibile assistere comodamente ai fuochi di artificio della mezzanotte che vengono sparati dalla zona molo ; nonostante la poszione centrale anche silenzioso

unico neo è la scala di accesso dal piano terra al primo piano dove è collocato appartamento un pò stretta per cui non consigliabile chi ha disabilità motorie arti inferiori gravi , ma altri difetti non ne vedo, be a fare il pignolo forse il divano del soggiorno un pò basso di seduta

Una piccola meraviglia a due passi dal mare di Viareggio, casa con ogni confort , pulitissima e bellissima ... un angolo di paradiso ..gentilezza dell'host. Casa con ogni confort e ogni utensile per tutte le esigenze ...inoltre una spettacolare terrazza vista mare , dove si possono ammirare dei tramonti pazzeschi
