Prior to even arriving I was in touch with the accommodation and asked for restaurant recommendations as we were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary as a family. I got a quick reply with plenty of choice for all tastes and wallet sizes. A few days before arriving I had a WhatsApp message from Alice to ask for arrival details so that she could be there to meet us and show us around the house. She also sorted out all the Italian admin and tourist tax for us. As for the accommodation - Fantastic location. Close to the train station (10-15 minute walk) which is useful for the airport and day trips to Pisa and Florence and even closer to the beach (5 minutes walk). Accommodated 6 adults and 3 children very comfortably. The owner is very helpful. After a huge thunder storm one night the electrics went out in the house. I contacted the owner in the morning and within an hour his dad and an electrician were at the house and fixing the electrics. This was all fixed quickly and without any bother and the internet was back up in no time, much to the relief of the children! We also asked for an extra house key which was delivered promptly that day. Honestly, the owner couldn't do enough to help. The house is perfect for a large family with lots of restaurants in the area and a mini mart just around the corner. We enjoyed it so much that I have asked the owner for details of his other properties. The house was clean, had everything we needed, we all slept well and will certainly be returning. We couldn't stay longer!

Federico was very attentive and good communicator

Felt dirty, floors weren’t clean. Shower curtains were filthy even though Federico confirmed in a previous review they had been changed, they clearly were not. Although a lot of rooms, only 1 double bed so put the 2 single beds together in the attic but very bad night sleep due to light coming directly in at the crack of dawn so put plastic bags over the glass windows There was visible rising damp in the kitchen and the bedsheets had stains in them, everyone is different but a holiday let I would not provide stained sheets. It seems the use of the word rustic is used to cover what is essentially old and broken amenities like the light and cable in the photos. Having been to Viareggio many times over a 40year time period this is sadly the worst accommodation I have experienced there

Super Clean and nice staff

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko plaża i promenada. W okolicy kilka sklepów, duże zaplecze gastronomiczne. Apartament duży, 2 piętrowy, sporo miejsce. Dobry dla większej grupy podróżujących. Plus za pralkę. Blisko dworzec, więc dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania np. Cinque Terre

Tylko jedno duże łóżko, byliśmy w dwie rodziny, więc trzeba było łączyć ze sobą łóżka, a pozostałe niestety są dużo mniej wygodne i ograniczone barierkami. Ogólnie czysto, ale zawsze może być nieco lepiej. Brak zapasu np. papieru toaletowego.

Seconda volta che soggiorno in.questa bellissima casa con mia moglie. Purtroppo quest'anno solo una notte perché siamo di passaggio. Ma torneremo sicuramente di nuovo per passarci più tempo perché ne vale veramente la pena. Staff cordiale e disponibile come sempre. Casa impeccabile. Sia per bellezza che per comodità e posizione.

Groot huis, 5 slaapkamers en op iedere verdieping douche/toilet. Perfect voor een grotere groep/gezin. Op loopafstand veel restaurants, boulevard met winkels en het strand:)

Afvalscheiding is ff wennen, maar prima te doen:)
