Exceptional

Lovely location and fantastic quality large apartment that had everything and more that you would need..The host was excellent and everything was really easy as his english was excellent. The apartment feels really classy and was perfect for our family of two adults and 3 teenage boys. It also had two large bathrooms, which were lovely. Great access to the train station, which connects to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and all the main attractions. The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach and I would recommend this to anyone. A wonderful week away. Thank you.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication with the owner. Very nice location, 10 min walk to the beach or 3 min biking. bikes were provided.

Superb

It was realy nice stay at Vilareggio. The house is big enough for 7 people. The location of the hous is ok. Near of beach and bars, market place... In the house are 4 bikes, you can used for free. The Kitchen is big whit all the machines ( toaster, watter heater, coffe machine,...) Big place in backyard is great. Big tablle for eat and smaal one for drinking coffe. There is a barbecue you can used it.

Parking 😞 the house does not have its own parking space, so you have to be pation to find it. But at the end you find it. Be careful to buy a ticket for parking.

Great house and location

Lovely big, comfortable, bright house, great outdoor patio with a brick built BBQ. Easy walking distance to the beach and a huge park which was great for walking our dog. Small supermarket in easy walking distance and a large supermarket only 15 min walk away. We were lucky and got the parking space right outside the front door easiest unload and repack we have ever done. Simone's information and instructions were excellent. Loved the fact that there were 2 keys supplied it ment my husband and I could be out of the house separately. We would love to rent this house again in the future.

Consigliatissima.

La casa è nuovissima, molto pulita e curata.(e devo dire che non accade spesso), arredata con gusto, molto spaziosa, molto funzionale, ha tutte le dotazioni di grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici, è molto molto comoda. Le stanze sono 3 vere stanze matrimoniali, i 2 bagni sono con doccia, uno particolarmente ampio. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della sistemazione. Pur essendo al piano strada è silenziosa ed è fresca anche senza accendere i condizionatori (siamo stati in agosto!).

In realtà posso dire solo cose positive della casa. Se avesse avuto anche un terrazzino esterno sarebbe stata superlativa. Lo spazio all'aperto è interno e non troppo ventilato nelle serate più calde.

Bardzo dobre miejsc na odpoczynek. Dom w spokojnej okolicy. Świetny kontakt z Simone. Dom czysty i zadbany, blisko do płatnej plaży. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek dla max 8 osób. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Jedyny kłopot to znalezienie miejsca parkingowego blisko domu. Natomiast można zaparkować troszkę dalej i spacerkiem podejść do domu.
