This apartment was really modern and clean. It had all the facilities that we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a lift and easy access into the building. An approx. 15min walk from the train station, close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Excellent communication from the host. Great room heating too.

Beautiful accommodations in a perfect location. Elena was so welcoming and helpful with advice, reservations, etc.

Everything about this property is exceptional! It was perfect for two women who wanted two bedrooms and two full baths. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone coming to Viareggio.

Disappointed that the jacuzzi was a bath with jets. Pictures on booking.com make it look like there's a pool ,so very Disappointed to find out there was no pool and the pool shown was on the beach and is payable .

Absolutely exceptional. I have no doubt this apartment had a big impact on our overall impression of Viareggio. When we first arrived at the train station we were second guessing our decision until we walked into this beautiful apartment. It’s so clean, elegant, spacious, fully equipped, and PERFECTLY located! Elena welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips when we asked. She also reached out to us a day before we arrived to coordinate a smooth check-in. Right across the street you’ll find stretches of never ending beaches and the promenade is full of restaurants and shops. For us it’s clear that at Viareggio the only apartment we’d ever book will be Elena’s House Apartments. Trying to think of what feedback we can give for improvements but struggle to find any! No doubt this is the best value for money.

What a amazing place to be lucky enough to stay in, the apartment was modern, stylish immaculately clean, airy and super comfy it is in few minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach 🏖️. Our host Elena met us at the apartment and was super helpful. The apartment has everything you need. We had a lovely stay and did not want to leave 🥲.

Great location, nice apartment and well decorated, with all equipment needed. Wonderful hosts who welcomed us on arrival and also in checkout. Short walk downstairs to fine dining restaurants, Pivot and Osteria

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. It has perfect location very close to the beach and plenty of lovely restaurants. The hosts Elena and Giuseppe are amazing, they went the extra mile and anticipate anything we could need. We really had a lovely time - wish we could stay longer than a week ☺️

A spacious, light, modernised apartment close to everything you'll need for a visit to Viareggio. Kitchen is well equipped (though a kettle would be useful for us Brits!) and plenty of space should you wish to self cater. Convenient for many restaurants, shops, the port and beach. Beds exceptionally comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space. Wifi worked well. Public parking on the street outside and in the square opposite. Paid for at the machines, on an app or with a weekly ticket purchased from a nearby tabac.

Perfetta posizione, appartamento moderno e molto pulito. Si trova facilmente parcheggio e ci si può muovere anche a piedi. Sotto ci sono bar e ristoranti molto buoni.

Obiekt nie oferował śniadań, lecz jego lokalizacja blisko kawiarni i sklepów umożliwiała bezproblemowe ich zorganizowanie. Z Viareggio łatwo i szybko można dojechać pociągiem do Lukki, Pizy, Pietrasanta, Florencji.

Posizionato ottimamente in zona centrale. Proprietari super disponibili che hanno provveduto alla procedura per riservarci un posto al parcheggio pubblico! L'appartamento è di dimensioni più che soddisfacenti. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di più.

Modifico nuovamente la recensione, per sottolineare l'atteggiamento denigratorio verso l'ospite. Non capisco di cosa si lamentano i proprietari: a me sembra che la recensione non desti alcun dubbio sul giudizio generale positivo. Ci sono state delle incomprensioni personali, visto che mi si accusa di falso, non si capisce poi con quale fine un ospite dovrebbe inventarsi le cose! Chiaramente i proprietari fanno il loro lavoro... ma non è giusto avere qs atteggiamento, credo, verso un ospite che racconta la propria esperienza personale. Ho riscontrato che i proprietari non amano critiche, che invece dovrebbero essere solo uno spunto per perfezionare il proprio servizio. Mi spiace che il tutto venga strumentalizzato per screditare un ospite. La prima modifica della recensione l'ho inserita per correttezza, spiegando il problema riscontrato, visto che Elena mi aveva fatto osservare che "inservibile" poteva far capire che non funzionasse! ho aggiunto anche che forse si è trattato di un problema temporaneo visto che quanto da me raccontato non trova riscontro dalle verifiche dei proprietari: mi chiedo veramente cosa questi proprietari vogliano ancora avanzare! E mi spiace dover usare qs mezzo per chiarire la situazione,ma purtroppo mi scontro con una totale irragionevolezza Abbiamo trovato i materassi poco comodi, chiaramente secondo il ns. gusto. Sconsiglierei l'appartamento per 5 persone, in quanto il quinto posto letto consiste nell'attrezzare il divano che non è propriamente un divano letto e che è posizionato nella zona giorno dove c'è la caldaia che è alquanto rumorosa. Idromassaggio funzionante ma per noi inservibile: una volta attivato, dai bocchettoni uscivano tantissimi residui, particelle di colore scuro; abbiamo svuotato la vasca e riprovato, ma il risultato era sempre lo stesso.

Casa accogliente, in un ambiente riservato e di pregio. Sono stato accolto da Elena, persona moto simpatica e gentile. La casa è curata nei dettagli, è munita di tutti i confort ed offre 2 stanze da letto e due bagni indipendenti. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono tutte le comodità a partire da un eccellente ristorante fino alla bella passeggiata lungo il mare distante meno di 100m e dove in questi giorni si svolge il famoso Carnevale. La passeggiata è anche ricca di negozi per uno spensierato shopping. Sicuramente tornerò presto con la mia famiglia.

Mieszkanie było w bardzo wysokim standardzie - przestrzenne, przepięknie urządzone i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Gospodarze byli fantastyczni, bardzo miło nas przyjęli i zawsze mogliśmy liczyć na pomoc na przykład w zorganizowaniu abonamentu na parking na cały tydzień tak by wyszło najkorzystniej. Dwie łazienki dla 4 osób jest bardzo dużą wygodą. Oddzielna sypialnia dla dzieci jest bardzo dobrym pomysłem na wakacje.
