Very relaxing stay for three days and close enough for a short train ride to Pisa for the day.

Perfect

Superb penthouse apartment, fully equipped, clean, with 2 terraces with splendid views of the sea, beach, sunset, mountains, city and its main promenade. Excellent location, with beach, shops, cafes, banks, restaurants, terraces very close by, within walking distance. Our heartful thanks to the wonderful hosts, who greeted us in person, helped with the parking permit and were easily reachable.

Perfect place to be in Viareggio

Perfect place and perfect location for a reasonable price. Everything went seamless. Many thanks also for the great support to get the right parking voucher! Outstanding is the fact that you have 2 terraces to choose you place for dinner or breakfast. The kitchen is good equipped as well as you have the opportunity to use the barbecue and the washing machine. Nothing to miss!

disappointed that the area was so quiet in mid june and the food places where all closed for 10pm , accommodation was lo

only got one towel which we had to wash , no laundry detergent , and was raining the next day so no dry towels , no beach towels , no instruments for shower , bath didnt seem like a real bath ,

The apartment is amazing! We had a fantastic time there. The location couldn't be better, the view is stunning, the apartment is very clean and has all the appliances you need for cooking. Above all, Stefano and Elena are one of the nicest hosts we ever had during a vacation.

Spacious and nice apartment with great view. Very helpful owners. We had a slight problem with the boiler and they immediately told us how we could solve the problem easily ourselves. You are immediately in the middle of the nice boulevard with a lot of restaurants and shops.

We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) and the apartment was more than spacious for our group. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is in a wonderful location! We will definitely be returning!

This is a lovely place with two balconies giving different views of Viareggio.Very spacious and quiet and sunsets were out of this world !!

Great place, amazing views.

Great location right on the beach in Viareggio. Spacious apartment with fabulous balconies and views overlooking the sea. The hosts were very helpful, including sourcing some gluten free restaurants for my son.

The parking is not good at all. We had paid for parking and naively thought this meant we would have a parking space, but the parking was terrible and we had to park more than 25 minutes walk away more than once. There was also loud music on several nights from the beach bar just below us.

Zeer goede ligging, vlak aan het strand. Zeer ruim appartement met vanuit elke kamer zeezicht! Proper en voorzien van alle comfort. Zeer veel buitenruimte (terras voor- en achteraan) met ruime tafels, ligstoelen, bbq, zonnewering, ...

Voor 5 personen is een tweede zetel binnen wel aangewezen (maar bij goed weer natuurlijk voldoende buitenruimte), en ook bestek mocht iets ruimer voorhanden zijn.
