The apartment is well located for easy access to the seafront, shops and restaurants. The host could not have been more helpful in providing local knowledge and ensuring a warm welcome to the property, which is spacious and full of character

Superb location, immaculately clean, outstanding hosts, can’t recommend highly enough.

Super location and excellent access to the promenade, beach and shopping streets. Also a short walk to the train station for sightseeing. Amazing Gelato store just downstairs! fantastic welcome basket given to us also! Perfect hosts, place was immaculately clean.

Excellent apartment, close to the see, great hosts

The apartment is in the center of Viareggio, very close to the sea (about 50-100 m), and with many caffes, restaurants in proximity. Francesca and Giovanni were great hosts. They waited for us and were at our disposal during our stay. They also prepared for us a small gift, a briefing with the most important pieces of information, including suggestions for restaurants, caffes. The apartment is to be found on the 2nd floor (no elevator), is clean, comfortable, well-equipped (the kitchen as well), air-conditioned. It has two balconies. The mercato of Viareggio is a must, it is only a short walking distance from the apartment.

In fact, it is a penthouse apartment, the kitchen and the living room are on the 1st floor of the apartment, but for example there is no bathroom or toilet, only on the upper floor, where the bedrooms could be found. The public security has been considerably deterioritated in Italy in last years, so be aware of it. The car of our friends was robbed within 20 minutes in the very center of Viareggio, close to the apartman, in broad daylight. The police is not helpful at all, they won't come even to see the place of the crime, you have to go to the police instead.

Super nice!

The apartment was super clean, modern, spacious and has two complete bathrooms. Kitchen extraordinarily well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help you out if you have any questions or need tips or advice. The apartment is very central, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nevertheless it's no problem to find a parking space. We would definitely recommend staying in the apartment.

I can really recommend this appartment. Nice and spacious. We were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids. High-top standard. Close the beach and restaurants. Francesca is a really nice and available lady.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, but especially with the hosts. Check in and check out went smoothly at all times. The apartment was very spacious, well located, close to the beach and many restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and always open to any questions and tips. We have filled very comfortable and will be happy to come back. Many thanks

Alles super aber einfach zu laut

Freundlicher Empfang, gute Tips zu Restaurants und Strand, Einrichtung exakt wie auf den Fotos

Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Schafen war nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich und fürs Unterhalten auf dem Balkon war es einfach zu laut.
