This home is in excellent condition and near the beach. Lots of yummy restaurants close by and only two stops from the main Kamakura Train Station. We will definitely come again!!!!!

L.A.から息子が、10ヶ月の赤ちゃんを連れて家族で来るというので、
9泊10日で、ここを借りた。
赤ちゃんのお披露目と観光を兼ねて、
部屋数に合わせて、入れ替わりで親類を招いた。
ハイハイする赤ちゃんにとって、理想的な家だった。
さらに、
地の利が良く、写真のように窓から見える海が近いというのに、静かな住宅街。
美味しいレストランやお蕎麦屋さんも近所にあり、
大人のグルメにもぴったり。
長谷寺も歩いて行ける距離で、
由比ヶ浜大通りのお店も楽しめた。
鎌倉パークホテルにも歩いて行ける距離だったのが、
嬉しかった。
赤ちゃんが生まれる数年前に、
お嫁さんとその家族がアメリカから来て、
鎌倉パークホテルに泊まった想い出があるからだ。
その時の食事がおいしかったので、
最後の外食は、ホテルで楽しんだ。
せっかく中庭があるので、
紹介されたお店で、バーベキューの出前を頼んだ。
新鮮な食材というだけではなく、
セッティングと片付けもしてくれるで、これも大満足。
さて、10日もいれば、何かと不具合が出てくるものだが、
丁寧に対応してくださり、
ほぼ、全て解決できた。
私たちの後から借りる方々は、さらに、使いやすくなっているのでは？

広く部屋数もあり良かった。
海も近かったから遊びに行けた。
施設の前の道が狭いため、ファミリーカーでの駐車が大変だった。
チェックイン前に車を駐車できるよう予約してあったが、
ガレージにバイクが置いてあり戸惑った。清掃する人のバイクだったが、ちゃんと予約してあるのだから別の場所に置いといて欲しかった。しかも、どかして欲しいと言ったら、第一声、建物前の小さなスペースに車を駐車してくれないかと言われて不快だった。
全体的に蓄積された汚れ(シミやカビ)が気になった、お風呂場の扉も壊れていて、鍵が閉まらなかった。
