Very cosy, pretty and modern space, large by Japanese standards, comfy beds. Beware- the double beds don’t sleep 2 grown people (unless very small). Azabu Juban, Roppongi easily accessible on foot, short walk to the metro, bus just a few steps away, 30 minutes to Ginza. Will definitely stay there again.
Some small details could be improved to make the experience even better: The plastic plates and mugs (all in a bad state) are below the standard of the place. The apartment was clean, but not spotlessly clean. But there is a vacuum cleaner 😉 There is a washing machine, which is great! - but no rack to hang the laundry, although there would be enough space. Towels are miniature. All these are cheap fixes, the global picture is totally positive.

Big rooms, beds were exactly as advertised. Kitchen equipment and laundry was as expected and worked well enough. Plenty of trash cans. Nice view for kids from the living room.
Dust collected under beds, closets, etc. Whomever is doing cleaning isn't doing a thorough job. It wasn't unbearable, it was more sad because if they fixed these 2-3 things it would totally change my impression. Kitchenware was spartan (plastic, limited numbers), which didn't feel welcoming at all (plastic plates have scratches, etc). Felt "cheap".
