Very new and only one unit in each floor. The room was tidy and comfortable. Quite as well. Close to convenience store and bus stops. The subway station was a bit further away but it didn’t bother us.
As this is a self-check-in apartment with no reception, they are unable to store luggage before check-in. We stayed as a group of three, but the bed for the third guest had not been prepared. We had to take the linens out of the closet and make the bed ourselves. There were no sheets, so they provided them the following day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom sink area. When we contacted them about it, they responded promptly though.

Potentially flip the bed so the plug sockets are next to you for charging when in bed. But I wouldn’t say it was an inconvenience. Everything was great!

Good location.
Bed too small for couple. Had to sleep on couch. Bare bones with no amenities.
