Plenty of room. My kids loved the bunk beds. Clean and good facilities. Also, we left our daughters teddy bear there when we left, and they were able to find and return to us - an absolute holiday saver. Very good communication.

The location is down a step hill. But it is located in a place named after hills. The sign-in ipad was a bit annoying after a flight, but could be user error. Bar on bunk beds could have been higher.

Great location, excellent communication.

It was a great space, suited our family of four. It had everything we needed.

Didn’t love the location in terms of finding somewhere for dinner but it was great in terms of being close to tower and quiet.

Size of beds, kitchen and ease of check in

Sadly when we entered the apartment a smell of musty/damp was present . On investigation mould was visible within the shower and adjoining wall. I emailed the office and they did respond promptly. As they were full we couldn't move and they sent a cleaner in the next day and the shower was cleaned very well however the mould wall could not be fixed without major repairs. They also advised that any stay over 3/4 days would by law require sheets and towels to be changed however we stayed 5 night and this never happened. Location is OK, train stops not that close.
