We loved the location and having room for a traveling family. It was nice to be able to bring back food and have breakfast in the room as everything in Japan opens a little later in the morning.

We selected this apartment after carefully reading the existing reviews, and our experience aligned closely with what others had described. The Azabu-Juban location is excellent — quick access to the subway, a solid range of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and easy movement around central Tokyo, while still being quiet at night. It’s a practical location rather than a tourist-heavy one, which we appreciated. The apartment itself is genuinely spacious by Tokyo standards, with separate bedrooms and a proper living and dining area. It feels like a real residential apartment, not a hotel room adapted for short stays. The full kitchen, washer, and dryer made day-to-day logistics simple and efficient. We had noticed a few older comments mentioning minor points, but during our stay everything was clean, well maintained, and functioned exactly as expected. Nothing detracted from our comfort. For travelers over two people who want to stay central without the inconvenience of booking multiple hotel rooms, this is a very sensible option. It was a relatively short stay for us this time, but it’s the kind of place we would comfortably use as a longer-term base on a future visit.

There were a few minor points mentioned in older reviews, but during our stay none of them were an issue, and everything worked as expected.

Great location, very strategic starting point and a great base. Generous apartment for Tokyo. We needed the shared living room to organise and work occasionally, and the place was perfect for what we needed.

There wasn't much floor space for exercise, and access to the balcony was tricky, but I was very happy the balcony was there. I like to step out first thing in the morning.
