Great location and with Hiroo Station being so close it was very easy to get around to other parts of Tokyo. The apartment was quite roomy by Tokyo standards. Facilities were also of a good standard, particularly the bathroom which had great water pressure and was very spacious. The inclusion of the washing machine, kitchenette and dining table made it perfect for travellers like ourselves who prefer more independence and privacy, being the only apartment on the floor. Although near the main road, the apartment is very well sound proofed so any noise didn't concern us at all.

Unfortunately there were no tea towels, butter knives and the griller wasn't working which was a shame but a minor inconvenience. It also would have been nice to use the bath but there were no instructions and we couldn't figure it out. The most complicated part was getting hold of the keys and then returning the keys to the safebox, but an extensive list of instructions are given before arriving and they do work if you follow them word for 'exact' word.

There was an issue with us checking in. The property did not know what code to use to open our lock box. We had to try multiple different codes before it worked, we did this for about 40 minutes before getting the correct code. The bed is like sleeping on a metal rock. You could feel the springs pushing into your back. When you tried to get onto the bed, the metal springs were so hard it hurt your shins and gave bruises.
