The property was great!! It had everything you need in a vacation stay. Especially appreciated having two toilets and air conditioning in every room. Also the host was extremely helpful in returning AirPods to us that we left in the house after we checked out. He went above and beyond to make sure we got them back. So helpful!

The stairs, like most places in Tokyo, were very steep and narrow. It might be hard for someone to carry a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs.

We stayed here as a family of four from the US and absolutely loved it – a solid 10/10 stay. The house is very spacious for Tokyo, with three proper bedrooms plus a comfortable living/dining area, so everyone had their own space to relax. The layout over three floors worked really well for us, and everything felt modern, clean, and very well maintained. The location is excellent: a quiet residential street, but only a short walk to Roppongi Station, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. It was very easy to get around the city for sightseeing, and we always felt safe coming back at night. Facilities were outstanding for a family trip. The kitchen and large fridge made it easy to have breakfast and simple meals at home, and the washing/drying machine was a big help with kids’ clothes. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the large TV with streaming apps was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish – clear instructions for check-in, quick responses to questions, and a detailed house manual that made everything simple. Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in Tokyo and we would definitely book this house again through Booking.com on our next visit.
