Roppongi Place

We spent our last week of a three week trip to Japan in Tokyo at Roppongi Place. Roppongi Place was the ideal starting point to explore the many facets of this amazing city. Situated in a quiet neighborhood and being only five to ten minutes from nearby public transportation stops, it allowed us to take day trips to nearby citys and towns, shop flea markets and major department stores and visit cultural attractions with ease. The apartment offered my wife and I all the comfort and amenities we needed to refresh from our daily excursions and our hosts were quick to respond to the few questions we had. More bath towels would have been nice for such a long stay.

Muy lindo por dentro y linda zona, todas las comodidades y bien moderno. Sistema para entrar sin llaves, solo códigos.

El camino para llegar tiene algunas subidas/bajadas y esto hace que las estaciones de tren cercanas se sientan un poco más alejadas por momentos. El espacio es amplio pero si vas con 4 personas a la habitación de 4, se puede sentir un poco pequeño, nosotros eramos 3 y estabamos justos

- property was tidy - kitchen had lots of cutlery and appliances - replies from staff were quick and interaction was very friendly - nice location that is convenient and also quiet at night

- floors were a bit dirty so slippers would be appreciated - the bathroom looked a bit bigger on the pictures but it was still nice and clean - check in process was a bit lengthy despite the fact that we filled in everything beforehand online, we had to confirm all information again on the spot through a tablet and take pictures and video of all guests staying over on said tablet

I thought the location was good and it was a perfectly acceptable Japanese apartment. I loved that there was a washer even though I didn't use it. There is a clothesline on the porch. The bathroom was perfect and I liked the little deck. There is a 7-11 reasonable close and if you like Roppongi, this is a fine place to stay.

The fold out bed was awful. I would not advertise this as a thing to sleep on. Check in was cumbersome requiring all guests present to be photographed on the tablet and you can't be a minute early. I sent a few messages to the owner, but did not receive timely responses. The air conditioner was not cooling the apartment when I arrived and I had to look online to determine the error code, unplug the unit and restart it.
