The property was very spacious (for Japan) and super clean. Netflix worked great on the T.V. as did Amazon Prime (using our personal accounts). We liked that the toilet and shower/tub were separate and the in-unit laundry tub and washer were very handy. Nice sized fridge with freezer and all of the appliances worked as expected and were sufficient for a couple. The location is good, with a short walk (about 5 min) to the subway station (Nogizaka Station Chiyoda line). Also, the location is fairly close to Akasaka (one 5 min. subway stop away) and Shibuya and Shinjuku are about a 25 min. commute/taxi ride away. The proximity to Akasaka was great to be able to get to numerous bars, restaurants, shopping, etc... (highly recommend Mixology bar). The propery team was easily reachable via message through Booking.com and were extremely responsive with the few questions we had. The self check-in worked great (be sure to follow the instructions in the welcome letter). WiFi worked great. Overall, the area feels very safe even late at night as did all of Japan. We were always completely comfortable walking, riding the subway, etc... We didn't experience any issues or inconviences with the property, the staff and Booking.com were great and overall it was a wonderful, WONDERFUL stay!!!
One reason we picked this property was (according to Google maps) the Denny's restaurant right across the street (to be able to get breakfast, late night snack, etc). Come to find out, the Denny's was torn down and there is a new buiding being built at the site. Also, there are no 7-11, Family Mart or other stores on the SAME block. There are a few convience store options, coffee shops, etc. and a nice mall (Tokyo Midtown) within a 8-10 min walk however. There are also various restaurants within a 5 - 15 min. walk.

Top Lage, sehr sauber.
Ständige emails der Unterkunft zum sehr komplizierten check in und trotzdem wurde uns die Appartement Nummer nicht mitgeteilt, sodass wir alle durchprobieren mussten und andere Leute gestört haben.
