The location was amazing! Tokyo tower close by, stations in walking distance and enough supermarkets and convenience stores. There’s a lot of storage space which is great when you have lots of luggage. The bathroom is spacious unlike most hotels in Tokyo and the washing machine is extremely convenient.
The bed is quite small and a little uncomfortable since it’s quite worn out. Same goes with the sofa. We all had a sore back, unfortunately.

La chambre est spatieuse, et elle dispose d'une fenêtre que l'on peut ouvrir et d'un balcon accessible, ce qui est rare à Tokyo. Le lit est confortable et l'appartement était très propre.
Lorsque l'on ferme la porte à clé de l'intérieur, il est assez difficile de l'ouvrir et il faut regarder les instructions avec attention. En cas d'urgence (type incendie); ce dispositif pourrait s'avérer très dangereux.

location was wonderful, very central and close to the office area. potentially ideal for business trip.
1. No wifi is a major problem. It is not acceptable to operate accomodation business without wifi. 2. The key storage is out-of-date technology, why do not use digital lock. The whole procedure was complicated and ancient. 3. No ironing board
