We had some issues because of the heavy rain but the host immediately responded and came to check the Situation in person. We were able to check in a little earlier and leave the luggage in the Apartment until 2pm the day we left. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The communication was perfect! The Location ist great, a quiet street in the middle of Tokyo close to train stations.
The washing maschine was a bit difficult to handle
