Gute Grundausstattung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Shimbashi entfernt. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen waren sehr praktisch. Bequeme Matratze. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung, länger nicht.
Nur ein Handtuch und ein Duschtuch pro Person, obwohl man 5 Nächte gebucht hat. Es gibt zwar eine Waschmaschine, jedoch brauchen Handtücher Zeit zum trocknen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas abgenutzt, allerdings gibt es viele Warnschilder, Verbote und viele E-Mails zum korrekten Verhalten. Volle Mülltüten mit korrekt getrenntem Müll können nur sehr umständlich draußen entsorgt werden. Es gibt keinen Kontakt zu den Besitzern, man wird nur anhand einer Stimme freigeschaltet, um die Wohnung zu betreten. Der Hausflur stinkt extrem mach Gülle, sodass man seine Schuhe nicht gerne vor der Tür stehen lassen möchte. Duschkabine trocknet trotz Lüftung und Klimaanlage nicht, es bleibt 'muffig'. Wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.
