The location is great: 10 minutes walk to the closest subway, many restaurant options nearby, convenient but quiet. The room is super clean and has all we need. The size of the apartment is ok compare to others in Tokyo. Will stay again if we come back to Tokyo.

The place is accessible to train stations, close to a 711 and a good 24hr restaurant. It's clean and they reply as quickly as they could when I had some questions and clarifications. The place is nice and small but they were able to maximize the space. I liked how the bath tub/shower area converts into a drying room for your laundry.

I think the pullout bed could be improved. It's not as comfy but when you're tired, you can basically sleep anywhere. We did had a little trouble with checking in, the screen went error. Having an eSim when you land in Japan is a game changer, so I was able to contact the property right away. Also, if the screen shows a link during an error, you can type the link to your phone and the call center agent will call you on your phone instead. Also, it might be a little cramped for 3 people but we were able to manage and take turns with packing our stuff. TIP: make sure to read the house manual. I am as guilty when it comes to skipping manuals but it has made it a lot easier when you need to start the hot water or access the washing machine.

Location good, quiet neighborhood well connected to public transport. Spacious new apartment.

Guests are forbidden from using the advertised balcony. Check-in process is chaotic and unreliable. I entered all guest information days in advance and was provided a check-in QR code, but upon arrival this code caused an error message. Manually entering the check-in code led to a buggy page that required re-scanning passports and re-taking photos, with malfunctioning or disabled buttons. Next, we were placed on hold for an extended period in a cramped, hot entry hall, with a message that "lines are very busy" and I'd need to wait an unspecified amount of time, then apparently connected to an outsourced call center with audio quality so bad I couldn't understand anything. The check-in system seems to be cobbled together out of a consumer tablet and a separate key lock box, requiring the guest to manually copy numbers from one system to the other. Chat requests to be given a room with a balcony (as advertised) were met with what appeared to be irrelevant automated chatbot messages, then claims that balconies were off limits for our own safety, and eventually an apparent human response saying it was to prevent us from smoking. Deceptive references to balconies should be removed from this listing.
