とにかくロケーションが良いです。 東京タワーが近く、駅からの徒歩も苦痛ではありませんでした。 最寄駅が日比谷線なので、交通の便も良い。 ベッドもたくさんあり、家族での宿泊に向いています。 ベランダから東京タワーが見えて感動。 問い合わせメッセージへの返事が早く助かりました。
全体的に、写真ほど綺麗ではない。 設備や壁などの老朽化が感じられました。 ・トイレの流すレバーが壊れていた ・室内、エアコンのニオイが気になる ・エレベーターがなく、3階まで階段 ・使用前の風呂場に毛が落ちていた。　 ・テレビがあると嬉しい

ダイニングテーブルがあった事とお風呂とトイレが別々だった事
浴槽が汚い。ベットが小さい、リビングにベットが有るカトラリーや食器が揃ってない エレベーターがない
