とにかくロケーションが良いです。 東京タワーが近く、駅からの徒歩も苦痛ではありませんでした。 最寄駅が日比谷線なので、交通の便も良い。 ベッドもたくさんあり、家族での宿泊に向いています。 ベランダから東京タワーが見えて感動。 問い合わせメッセージへの返事が早く助かりました。
全体的に、写真ほど綺麗ではない。 設備や壁などの老朽化が感じられました。 ・トイレの流すレバーが壊れていた ・室内、エアコンのニオイが気になる ・エレベーターがなく、3階まで階段 ・使用前の風呂場に毛が落ちていた。　 ・テレビがあると嬉しい

Basically the price and proximity to the Tokyo Tower. The accommodation is well equipped. We needed one night sleep and check out to fly back home so we were not at the accommodation long at all. Very quiet neighbourhood.
Honestly the place is comfortable for a sleep and cooking but the trim and fixtures are starting to get run down and in need of some fixing. The light about the sink was not attached and needs to be secured for safely. In the bedroom we slept in I noticed no electrical cover plate on the outlet. So we were left in a be careful of your surroundings in the accommodation.
