So happy that this place was available on such short notice!
It was difficult to find the apartment. It's a bit hidden. A local shopkeeper helped us.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 도쿄의 주요 관광지나 도심으로의 접근성이 뛰어나고 숙소가 위치한 거리도 식당과 술집이 많아서 좋았습니다.
숙소 체크인 당일 또는 그전에 숙소에 설치된 보일러나 에어컨 등 시설의 사용방법과 청소요청 방법을 미리 공지해주시면 좋겠습니다. 저희같은 경우에는 3일을 묵었는데 청소에 대한 안내를 받지 못해 마지막날 연락해서 청소가 가능했고 수건을 더 받을 수 있었습니다. 듣기로 3일에 한번 청소를 해주시고 전날 오후 10시까지 요청해야 가능하다고 하는데 이점을 늦게 알게되었습니다. 또한 숙소가 갑작스럽게 정전되어 저녁에 불편함을 겪었는데 늦은시간이라 그런지 호스트분과 연락이 되지 않아 다음날에야 해결할 수 있었습니다. 호스트분께서 연락을 자주 확인해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

田町駅、三田駅、どちらからも近く立地が良かった。
トイレにスリッパが欲しかった。
洗面所の排水が少し悪かった。

Pretty close to stations and restaurants. Also great you have your laundromat and dryer.
The ventilation of our room was subpar, there was one humidity absorber but it was not sufficient. On our last day we realised there was small vent which we could open to let the room breathe.
