The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for people to sleep since there were 3 double beds and a futon. The washing machine worked well and there was soap for the machine. I did not realize how long the wash cycle would take or how noisy it would be, so I think I disturbed the neighbors. There is a laundromat downstairs, so we took our laundry there to dry it. The grocery across the street was great and had discounted food later in the evening. The apartment was at the top of a steep hill with train stations nearby.
There was little privacy between all the beds and no television or clothes dryer. The shower room was good, but the tub was not secure and the drains were very slow. The apartment was in need of a fresh painting. The garbage on the first floor smelled bad and you had to pass it to get to the elevators.

The property is located in the center of Tokyo, which makes it very convenient for getting around. There is a large supermarket right downstairs, which is extremely helpful during the stay.
It is also very close to the subway station, with direct access to the airport, making transportation very easy. Additionally, you can reach Shinagawa Station and Takanawa Gateway Station within about a 10-minute walk.
Overall, it was a great stay. Highly recommended!

Great location. Well equipped, super clean and comfortable.
If you’re planning on working during your stay and need a stable and fast internet connection, this is not the place for you. The internet was slow and unstable. The staff was very quick to respond and they tried correcting the problem, unfortunately without success (they told me it was working).
