Great location, with a children's park nearby, and several food and drink options in the surrounding areas. The apartment was also spacious and comfortable.
As this is an unmanned facility, storing baggage after checkout is not an option; however, there is a yamato courier office right around the corner, so you can takkyubin your luggage to your next destination very easily.
