房间比想象中大，干净舒适，设施齐全！房东也很热情！ 离三田站和田町站都挺近，步行十分钟左右！坐山手线或浅草线可以去很多地方，羽田机场直达。 周边有很多便利店、生活超市，买点东西自己做个早餐省钱又方便！

Posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti, camera dotata di tutti i comfort e pulizia impeccabile. La proprietaria Maki e suo marito estremamente gentili.

Good location.
Was supposed to be 37 sqm. But was only 26. Wouldn’t have booked it if it was 26. See that they changed it in booking to 28 now. Closer to the truth. Got a bigger room after after 2 nights after complaining. But it took a lot of jada jada with the landlord. No refound!!!
