All good and enough space for 2 people.
I am quite tall, so I can see all the dusty spots almost everywhere higher 😃 I just get used to it.

Location is top notch. Premises are clean and well maintained. The rooms have adequate space for luggage. The staff was responsive on messages. We were also able to smoothly use the location for deliveries through Amazon. Would recommend especially if you have a longer stay in the city.
Even though we stayed for 3 weeks, there was no cleaning service included. It would be good to offer at least a weekly cleaning service on a complimentary basis for long stays.

The location and neighborhood were very good. The house was clean and the size was adequate. Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful.
The sofa bed wasn't very suitable for long stays; it was uncomfortable. There was a lack of chairs and a table in the house. For a place with a kitchen, we would have preferred a high table and 3 chairs (1 chair per person).

Centrally located near Tokyo Tower, but on a quiet residential street
The mattresses were very uncomfortable. It felt like the springs were broken and they needed to be replaced. I can usually sleep anywhere, but these mattresses were much too worn out and sunk when you put any weight on them. I don't think it's right to continue renting this place out with such worn out mattresses. The lobby on the ground floor had a strange, stuffy smell. I wasn't comfortable staying here.
