The location and neighborhood were very good. The house was clean and the size was adequate. Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful.

The sofa bed wasn't very suitable for long stays; it was uncomfortable. There was a lack of chairs and a table in the house. For a place with a kitchen, we would have preferred a high table and 3 chairs (1 chair per person).

We loved the location and how easy it was to get to public transit on foot. Lots of konbini's, shops, and restaurants around within walking distance. The room was nice and quiet exactly what you would expect size wise for an apartment in Japan. Had everything you would need for a week or more stay and having an elevator is a bonus with luggage.

Finding someone else's hair all around the apartment is unfortunate but wouldn't stop me from staying again. Might just be from whoever cleaned the apartment before we arrived.

The location is convenient depending on your plans. For me it is. The hair dryer was also excellent and the washing machine was lovely. I like having a kitchen as well. The full size fridge is a nice touch. The chair was excellent and very comfortable. The built in wardrobe or closet was mostly empty and included hangers! (Many times you turn up to these flats and they are filled with stuff or have no hangers!)

There was not much furniture. Rather the one bed was a bit too big for the space and it’s a bit difficult if you want or need to work on a laptop or need counter space. There was a small folding table in the closet as well - I wish this had been set up but I did it myself. I also prefer a firm bed and this one was too soft for me. The TV also only had streaming services, I don’t have any streaming subscriptions so it was a shame. (TVer and YouTube can be watched without an account but I wanted to watch regular TV and it’s not clear from the booking description that there isn’t terrestrial TV channels.) Noise can also be an issue. One time I was woken by others talking loudly on their balconies, thats usually not done in Japan but perhaps tourists don’t know this. There was also construction nonstop (which is not their fault) during the day outside and the flat is not soundproofed to it, so bear that in mind. (I also stayed for a month here a couple years ago, and construction outside was also an issue for me.)
