The location is the best, you can choose Train, JR or Monorail, to from Haneda airport is very easy. The day we left was raining, we end up to use Taxi to Haneda airport, costs just under JPY8,000 and 20 mins. Big apartment in Tokyo, room enough for 4 people. The balcony with double door to sound proof. Lots of restaurants around the area, convenience store just within 20 meters.
If they have bedside table with lamp will be perfect. Every time need to off the bed to switch off the lights and back to the bed. The price little bit pricy for 2 people, but if group of 4 to share will be more reasonable.
