Location is great and convenient to get around.
I hoped the overall furnishings would be newer for the price I paid. The flat is not dirty but just old, and the building seemed the oldest in the area. The only justification for the price is location in my opinion, which was fine, since I came back to the apartment only to sleep. I loved the futon and duvet, they were comfortable and soft, but it was practically impossible to sleep without AC on since there is some damp smell coming from the walls or the windows.

Was in a great location by the yamanote line but also felt really everyday which was relaxing after a day of travel. Loved that we had a washer in our room and detergent was provided. The coin laundry business downstairs was a plus for drying clothes! The bathroom was clean but tight. Wish it had a fan lol and sometimes the drainage was slow, but appreciated that it came with a toothbrush, razor, and comb. The air conditioning was excellent haha. The shoe rack by the door was nice. We didn’t use the fridge/freezer, stove top, or sink but they were a nice addition! And under the sink had some goodies like a cooking knife and ladle, etc which was thoughtful.
The space was really tight but I suppose we could have folded up the beds during the day… just depends on your style! It was by the road but I didn’t notice the noise!

The place was very clean and the facilities were complete. The beds were comfortable to sleep after a long day of city exploration. With regards to location, there were supermarkets and convenience stores around the place and train stations were nearby. The surroundings are also very safe and peaceful. Not to mention, the host was very accommodating I had a mistake due to misunderatanding but he was very considerate and still very nice. This is a very well recommended place. We love every part of it 🥰👍👍👍
