The property is very well appointed with every need catered for. Air conditioned and with air purifiers.
No handbasin in the toilet. Next to busy highway. Pillows were tired.

the place was quite big compared to the standard tokyo apartment / hotels. it was also a short walk away from a train station and convenience store which is also a plus. the beds are big and very comfortable which is great after a long day of walking. the host was also very accomodating even though i did not reply to them immediately.
nothing much. maybe just that since its it in tokyo bay, it is quite far from shibuya or shinjuku. but its 5 stops away to the shimbashi station which connects most major lines. so it is still convenient.
