Good size. Good location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Location, nearby shinagawa station. Easy access to Haneda Airport. Room was clean and cozy. Staff are very helpful and fast reply message. Check-in information clearly and easy.

Path to Apartment is a bit uphill. Children under 6 years old not stay for free :(

Location very good. One of our booked rooms had both a washing machine and a dryer which was very helpful for a family of 5.

Pillows are thick and firm! Bring your own if you don't like this, or use a cushion from the sofa. Inconsistency between rooms. One of the rooms needed some repair - kitchen drawers taped up. In my room there were parts of the walls below eye level (desk) with grubby marks, suggested poor cleaning practice. Washing machine in both, but dryer only in one. Pretty sure the price was the same for both, could be wrong.

Cooking facilities in room. Nice quiet area. Amenities provided and there was a multi charger which helped us to charge all of our phones at the same time. Beds were firm but comfortable. Nice to have a balcony that we could stand out on. There was a washer and complimentary washing powder in the room. It was only ¥600 from the station to take an Uber up to the hotel to avoid walking up the hill with luggage.

The carpets were very stained all over and we found rubbish under the bed from a previous guest. There was a spare blanket in the closet that smelled bad and had food marks on it, so it was clearly not clean. The dryer was incredibly loud and slow, we had to wait till morning to use it so we didn't disturb any neighbors at night. After 2 hours use, our clothes were hot but still damp (and it was not at capacity). There was a broken/missing drawer in the kitchen. The room could have been great with a little bit of time and money spent on getting it up to standard.
