The apartment was spacious with a lot of amenities
Our toilet was broken, cannot be flushed . We reported on day 2 after we check in and no one came to repair it . We had to manually flush the toilet then after . No room cleaning also in the 3 days we stayed there , which I later understood is normal in Japan. A small note to inform us this would have been nice

close to Shinagawa station
bathroom floor was a bit sticky and I felt not so clean

It’s in a good location to Shinagawa Station and local facilities despite the hill.
Good shower.
Good to have a washing machine and tumble dryer however nowhere to dry clothes naturally.
Very, very uncomfortable beds so total lack of sleep every night of our stay after travelling long distance from the UK too.
Bins inconveniently placed in between the sleeping areas. Why? Who wants bins by sleeping areas.
Stained carpets.
Apartment was smelly as in musty/damp smell which then led to all our clothes attracting the smell.
Not as clean as it could be either.
Just not a very welcoming place to stay at all, it just felt like we were staying in a smelly basement.
No outlook whatsoever from windows.
