Spacious, well laid out apartment in Kitashinagawa. Super comfortable beds. Minutes from Kitashinagawa station, 15 min walk to Shinagawa station. Accommodating and friendly hosts. Our train got delayed and we didn't arrive until 9p. Host waited for us and helped us bring our luggage up to the 2nd floor. We had a late flight out next day and they held our bags the whole day. Convenient 20 minute taxi to Haneda airport. Apartment even has a washer/dryer combo, which is a rarity in Asia.
There is a physical key to keep track of, which I don't always love. I prefer digital codes so there's nothing to track/have to hand back over. No elevator on site - the only time this was an issue was bringing luggage up/down, but since they helped us bring items up/down, this was not much of an issue for us. I just felt bad for them.
