It offers relaxed spaces with a subtle, sea-and-travel-inspired atmosphere—a refreshing change from a typical hotel stay. With three private bedrooms and a spacious living-dining-kitchen area where everyone can gather, the home is ideal for families, friends, and multiple groups traveling together.

Location & Neighborhood
The home is located in a residential area, offering a peaceful everyday environment with convenient access to the rest of the city. Your nearest station is Kitashinagawa—just a 2-minute walk from the home. Shinagawa Station is also nearby—one stop by train, about a 12–15-minute walk, or a quick taxi ride.
Shinagawa is the central hub of Tokyo, offering exceptional connectivity throughout the city and beyond. From Shinagawa Station: direct trains to both Haneda and Narita Airports, one-line access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Asakusa, Ueno, and Yokohama, and Shinkansen connections for fast travel to Kyoto, Osaka, and Nagoya.
Please note that the home is close to the station, so train noise can be heard as trains pass, and there is ongoing redevelopment and construction work in the surrounding area. At the same time, the building has solid sound insulation, and guests have mentioned that the noise was not a problem and that they slept comfortably at night. 3rd floor: master bedroom, additional guest bedroom, separate sink, second toilet, and dedicated laundry area

All beds feature comfortable mattress toppers from Nishikawa, a leading Japanese bedding brand.

They can be placed in the living room (two sets side by side, slightly narrowing the walkway).

Traveling with three young children, we needed a place that felt safe, clean, and easy to manage — this home delivered exactly that.Katsu’s thoughtful setup, including the BabyBjörn pack-and-play, was genuinely helpful.The kids enjoyed the toys, and the island kitchen made it easy to cook while keeping an eye on them.We were told there might be some train or construction noise, but it never bothered us.The stained glass, rooftop space, and small decorative details left a memorable impression.Being close to Shinagawa station made everything simple — arriving from Kyoto, sightseeing in Tokyo, and getting to Haneda Airport.A place we would definitely choose again.

We stayed for one night as a group of five friends. There are convenience stores and a supermarket right nearby, and we picked up a few things and continued our evening together in the spacious living‑dining area. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Being close to Shinagawa Station made it easy for everyone to head home the next morning. Overall, we were very satisfied.
