北品川駅まで２分程度、品川駅も歩いても行ける距離なのですぐに街に出かけられます。 コンビニやスーパーもすぐそばにあり、広々としたリビングダイニングで友人と楽しく過ごせました。 事前に案内されていた通り、軽く電車の音が聞こえましたが気になるようなものではありませんでした。駅の近くで工事が行われている様子は伺えましたが私たちが宿で過ごしている時間は静かでした。寝室の雰囲気が素敵で寝心地も良く、ぐっすり眠れました。とてもおすすめです！

We stayed with our young child and had a very comfortable time. The house was clean, the facilities felt new, and the open living‑dining area made it easy to relax as a family. Access from Haneda Airport was simple, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was close to Shinagawa Station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy.

Amazing spacious villa. More than enough space for a big group including kids. Streaming services available on TV. Very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Close to food. Amazing views from balconies and roof. Excellent communication from owner. Very welcoming and accommodating, went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend. Well worth it. Biggest place we stayed at while in Japan.

The property is clean and spacious. Like the dry mode function in the bathroom better than the dryer. The 2 toilets is a plus for 4 pax stayers. Luckily they have a vacuum cleaner for me to use as it can be quite dusty during winter season. Overall the stay is pleasant. The hard mattress is ok for us.

Climbing the stairs up and down for laundry pick up to dry at bathroom level 2 can be a bit of exercise if you are not used to staying in a 3 storey apartment like us. Anyway we got used to the facilities after 2 days and we use the washer and dish washer daily. Would appreciate if they have an air purifier in all bedrooms as it is quite dusty during winter. The pillows can be improves as those are too soft. Pls make sure to contact the owner before arrival as they will need to provide the code for you to unlock the case hanging padlock before u can retrieve the door key. And only one key is provided. Thus a bit inconvenient if stayers are touring the places separately.
