Cleanliness, modern, great location, quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and the guidebook was helpful to use the appliances. Perfect for our family trip!
No outside shower. on-site parking is not available, but it wasn’t clear when booking. Should have an area to hang bathing suits to dry.

I will say as other reviews, the noise between the 2 units carries, the neighbour coughed and we thought he was in our room… but it wasn’t a problem for us! :)
