Hotel located in close proximity to two metro stations making it convenient to travel out to key sites around Rome. Room was very spacious, with great air conditioning - extremely important during the warm summer months. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering local recommendations in the city, as well as help to make restaurant reservations when needed.

Very helpful staff, went out of their way to help us, good clean room, excellent location, close to the Termini. Trevi fountain and Colloseum both within 20 mins walk.

I recently stayed at the Sophie Terrace Hotel in Rome, and it was not the TikTok or Instagram-worthy experience I expected or showed on social media. While the location was convenient and the staff was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel's services were limited, and the rooftop views were lackluster. I was also disappointed that the hotel did not offer any breakfast other than the complimentary bread basket you receive on your first night. The bed was uncomfortable, and I was surprised to find only two pillows (think Motel 6). Considering all these factors, I believe that the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. I hope to see improvements in the future to make it a more competitive option for travelers for the price they are charging.
