Amazing location, 11 minute walk from Termini station (are we were carrying 3 heavy bags), close to everything. Great instructions sent via whatsapp (with video and text) for entrance/check in. Very clean room (our family of 5 was in the apartment, with 2 separate bedrooms, sharing a washroom). Giorgia was always responsive via whatsapp, although we only saw here when we were checking out on Monday morning. Elevator, although it looked scary/old, worked well for our big luggage. It's just one set of stairs, so we used the stairs the other times.
Breakfast is simple and the same every day. We were only there for 2 days and it didn't bother us, it's nice that it's included.

Good location. Handy to train station. Quieter area, close to nice restaurants.
Shower ok but a bit grim, needed re-grouting or a good scrub.

Great location
Ridiculous amount of doors all with different codes needed to access room. Rooms very run down with cheap furniture. Plastic cups for drinks!
