The staff were extremely warm, helpful, and understanding. The rooms were sufficiently spacious and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. I would like to thank them for their attention and care.

The windows were old and allowed outside noise to come in directly, but it wasn’t a significant issue for me.

Perfect location within few minutes walk from Termini station, Via Veneto, Trevi fountain and the historic centre of Rome. Very simple and basic, but very clean, with a bed was a comfortable bed, a kettle and all what you need.

I booked the room for 136 € one night, before the arrival I was charged 86 € on my credit card. At the arrival I was reminded that I had to pay 50 € more that I was asked to pay cash which I did. However I got a receipt only for 86 €. What happened to the further 50 €? It’s impossible to open the window so you can’t get natural light.

The location was great, 10 minutes walk from the main station. Walkable even with 2 suit cases.

Our ground floor room was quite disappointing. Our bedside table was broken but the main issue was the shower. The pressure was almost non-existent, spraying in all directions, a shower curtain instead of glass door as pictured, and it took a long time for there to be hot water. When we informed the staff, he said that the light water pressure was normal in Rome...which we knew was untrue. The shower head just really needed to be replaced. Pillows are on the flat side and we had an issue of the cleaners turning off our AC whenever we would step out...even when we told them we didn't need housekeeping and left for half an hour, they had entered our room and turned off the AC?! Very strange. Would suggest the place to have 'do not disturb' signs for the people who don't want the daily housekeeping.
