Ac did not work, toilet broken, tc cable unplugged, telephone port broken, balcony open to service quarters with shared balcony open to another roof….unsafe! Requested 2 beds and was told economy room. This is advertised as 4 star yet i had 8x8 room open to inside service areas and unable to walk around bed

Rude staff, 10th floor closed to guest yet that was reason i booked! Ac inoperable Toilet cligged room 618. Room size 8x8 with no room for bags! Reserved 2 beds and was told sorry economy room Balcony open to adjacent room of strangers . Unsafe With view of interior mechanics of hitel and service storage 🤮

My experience at Hotel La Griffe Roma was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from a 4-star hotel.
The room had multiple maintenance issues, including problems in the bathroom, malfunctioning amenities, and an overall outdated condition. The furniture looked old and worn, and several facilities did not work properly during my stay.
Despite reporting the issues, the response was slow and the problems remained unresolved. The room quality did not match the photos or the standards advertised online.
While the location is convenient, it does not compensate for the poor room condition, lack of proper maintenance, and disappointing service experience.
and about the breakfast is very poor and test is very ugly
I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, quality, or value for money. The property urgently needs renovation and better attention to guest satisfaction.
