I had a truly enjoyable experience during my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was its perfect location—just a short 5-minute walk to both the bus and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. It's also very close to major tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain, which was a huge plus! The suite was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the peace and quiet—it was a serene retreat in the heart of the city.

Needs Major Improvements While the location of the hotel was convenient, there were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing: • The furniture was quite old and worn out, clearly in need of replacement. • The lighting was poor, and the overall interior would benefit greatly from a modern renovation. • The bathroom was in bad condition and required a complete overhaul. • There was no proper ventilation in both the suite and the bathroom, which made the space feel stuffy. • Although there was daily cleaning service in the morning, there was no staff available from 1 PM to 9 AM, which is unacceptable for a place calling itself a hotel. • The building felt empty and lacked atmosphere, more like a residential block than a hotel. • The escalator was very old and unsafe, especially for children and elderly guests. • There were no good restaurants nearby, which made dining inconvenient. • The hotel is named “Room Hotel,” but it lacked the 24-hour service one would expect from a proper hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location, but it urgently needs investment in renovation, staffing, and safety improvements to meet basic hospitality standards.
