Our stay at this beautifully decorated hotel in Venice was nothing short of amazing. Nestled near some of the city’s best museums and art galleries, it was the perfect location for a cultural getaway. Every detail of the hotel exuded charm and elegance, from the stunning interior design to the welcoming staff. We were also surrounded by incredible food—authentic Venetian cuisine just steps away. Great location on Zattere waterfront, in a beautifully restored Palazzo with gardens behind to canal. Friendly welcome at reception and I appreciated early check in. My room was small but stylish and well-designed with a spacious shower room (lovely bathrobe!). Very good, quiet AC. My room was overlooked, but had no privacy screen/curtain/shutters which would be a huge improvement instead of having to close the curtains. Breakfast served in restaurant area or outside in garden - selection from a menu rather than a buffet, service pleasant but slow.

I felt the hotel was style over substance with fundamental design flaws from the shower screens, curtains and the position of wall sconces, at a hotel of this level seem to have been not thought out at all. Trying to squeeze around a bed, looking directly at light globes and the position of shower taps showering all make you feel like it’s beautiful to look at but uncomfortable yo use. Curtains didn’t open, they came off their rails. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. A lot of wear and tear visible in the rooms.0 Staff were lovely and food at the restaurant at breakfast and dinner wonderful.

Gorgeous hotel & facilities, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend you book a canal view room. Overall the service from staff was pretty poor, particularly for the price point & positioning. Staff would frequently forget requests or orders, house keeping left our door open & room unlocked after service, & despite reception being open 24-hrs, the night staff were fairly unwilling to accommodate basic requests (like getting extra towels at night). If they improved the staffing & management of this hotel, I would stay again & recommend.

This hotel is stunning! All of the colors and architecture are super cute and the room is extremely comfortable. The restaurant and cocktail lounge downstairs are both delicious. The location is pretty good - central to everything and we loved staying here with all the water transportation options. Highly recommend!

It’s a very nice, modern hotel in great location. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that on two of the nights they had loud parties with loud music in the lobby until 1 in the morning. Our room was on the first floor so it was hard to sleep.
