Noisy bathroom fan. Sounds like a diesel truck. Caulking around tub needs to be redone. TV remote was sticky like it was dipped in maple syrup. Not kidding! The room was clean and comfortable.

The facility itself doesnt have a lobby, just a small window on the outside of the building you use to communicate with a staff member inside to check in and out. No breakfast offerings at all. The hotel was clean, no bugs noticed or anything. I think the major issues were that if youre on the first floor you will hear every step from anyone upstairs as a loud creaking which may impact your ability to sleep. The A/C units in the room seem to be on a timer before shutting off. The maintenence team will try to get you to check out at like 10am/10:30am, instead of normal 11am. There are no safety slide locks on the upper part of the interior doors, just the door handle locks, and those dont go completely into the wall. The pillows are also really hard, and they only provide 2 per room. The shower water pressure was eh. They did have a empty mini fridge to store anything you might need, and the room was clean. Cheap place to stay if you dont care about extra amenities.

The hotel registration was very good, when i asked what time BREAKFAST was served, i was told along with another guest, that they don't have a Breakfast. So they falsely advertise on many sites like yours, ghat breakfast was INCLUDED. I AM SURE THEY INCLUDE THE $ IN THE ROOM RATE. So today i booked my next trip through bookings.com. i don't like being taken advantage off! Also they gave me a handicap room and when i showered, i had to use all the towels and bath mates to absorb all the water on the floors. Was work for an old guy with a bad back lol. Ive stayed here twice and ivenalready reserved it for next year. Its my go to spot for the Indy 500 race. The rooms are recently renovated. Clean and funxtional. Relatively quiet. Its in a busy hispanic area. Theres noise and theres traffic. Dont leave stuff in your car maybe, overnight, but why would you ever do that.

Was an "ok" stay if you're on a budget. Mini fridge made a ticking sound all night, could hear people coming up and down the stairs throughout the night, took forever to get to sleep because the bed wasn't comfortable and pillow was very thin, TV had captions that wouldn't shut off, bathroom was very tiny and felt like you were in a closet. Never did try the "free breakfast" that looked to be nothing at all.

We booked this place for the weekend and ended up staying somewhere else the second night. Someone (not staff) tried to open our door around 10 am that first morning and we decided to take the financial loss on the second night because we felt unsafe. The sheets had stains on them and the door only had one lock.

No breakfast, the lobby was very fragrant, the room was so musty, the entire property was run down and we had to leave since we would not be able to sleep form the smell. We never got farther than opening the room door and they refused to refund our money. Hotels.com is making an attempt to get us a refund.

Property was very clean in and out. Would liked to have more than 2 towels as we had more than 2 people. Overall inexpensive good place to stay for the race or if you are just passing through. New microwave and new mini fridge also. Beds are firm.

We were extremely unhappy with the staff at this location. We tried to pay with our credit card and it was declined. They were using an apple pay machine and our card needed to have a pin used. The man in the office tried our 3 Canadian cards and none worked on their machine. Our cards were fine at Walmarts and gas stations. He wanted us to pay online at Expedia and they couldn’t do it. He said no worries we were to stay for 4 days. First night he phoned our room at 10:30 pm and woke us up and said come to the desk. We said we were sleeping so he came and banged on our door. We said we will come in the morning. 6:30 am he came and banged again and woke us up. We ended up having to go to a bank and paying transaction fees and giving him the cash. We had phones our credit card company and they said the card was fine and that he was tapping it. He didn’t have a clue. So annoyed! Stay away from this hotel!

A bit pricey for a no frills hotel. It was clean and that was what mattered most. The two towels were tiny and rough but clean. No room cleaning during your stay so we had to reuse our towels the second day. A good place to stay in an emergency but keep looking if you want basic amenities or continental breakfast.

The place was very clean inside and out. It's non smoking which is more than fine, but I noticed a couple of grassy areas with some shade across the parking lot... A picnic table or 2 in these areas would really be great for the smokers or the guests who enjoy sitting outside.

This newly remodeled room was nice and spacious with one bed. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. It was quite stay even with the race traffic only a short drive from the park and raceway off main highways. It’s near dollar tree, Walmart, places to shop or grab a bite. There are a couple adult establishments in the area. Great place if you need to rest pr stop on a long trip, or simply need to pick up a few things and rest.

Room was clean. Only two towels, no wash clothes, no hand towel. No ice machine anywhere on property. Told to go next door to the gas station for ice. Check in was a window at one end of building and was very dark inside room. Unless the person checking you in was one inch from the window you couldn't see them. People selling jewelry in parking lot. Not sure if the deadbolt was working properly. Felt unsafe outside.
